Online Homebuyer Education** – CHANGE, Inc. now offers you the option to take your Homebuyer Education Class in the comfort of
your own home. Our partnership with eHome America is designed to help
you to receive your Housing Counseling Certificate at your convenience.
Many people have a difficult time getting to our workshops or have the
time to schedule in-person counseling, for reasons such as work
schedules or babysitting issues. This online version helps you get the
education and certification you need for your selected mortgage product.

There will be a short session with a housing counselor at the end of
the course prior to obtaining your housing counseling certificate.
The cost for the session is $99.00 and you will asked for the fee on the website as you register for the class.
